This’ll have to be a quick one, because I’ve got so much going on that I don’t have time for a long update.

The big news: after last year’s smash success run at Birdland and an amazing sold-out stand in London, the glorious Anika Noni Rose and I are coming back to New York to do our show with The Caucasian Rhythm Brass Band, eight pieces strong. And we’re doing it at the very hip Abrons Arts Center at Henry Street Settlement, in the heart of the Lower East Side.

The dates are April 28, 29 & 30. Shows are at 8 pm. Tickets are $35. It’s gonna be awesome.

Click here for more information and a link to get tickets. I’m saving one extra special surprise about the event for later. But it’s going to be amazing.

And to all the Australians on the list, I’m comin’ for ya in two weeks! And I’m bringin’ my family! Can’t wait!

I’ll check in again soon to remind you all about The Trumpet of the Swan at the Kennedy Center and tell you about some other fun stuff, but until then, keep listening!
