What, ho, why do those birds chirp so merrily? What is that glorious scent upon the breeze? Seems not the sky ever more cerulean? Why doth nature rejoice so? Yea, verily, finally after months of speculation, Hal Leonard has released “The Jason Robert Brown Collection,” featuring full piano and vocal scores for twenty-four of my songs. Included are several previously unpublished numbers, including “Someone To Fall Back On” and “See I’m Smiling,” as well as all the old JRB favorites like “Stars and the Moon” and “The Old Red Hills of Home.” You can buy it right here from I also wrote an introduction for this collection, and you can read that right on this site, here.
