Jason Robert Brown and the Caucasian Rhythm Kings are bringing their patented brand of rock/blues/jazz/folk/Gregorian chant/klezmer/polka/atonal cacophony/salsa to New York’s SubCulture for one night only, AUGUST 4 at 7:30 pm.
The show will feature a sensational singing guest artist as well as the legendary Caucasian Rhythm Kings band: Gary Sieger & Matt Hinkley on guitars, Randy Landau on bass and Brian Dunne on drums. Also, who knows, some other people might show up too.
Songs to be performed include a wide selection from the three-time Tony Award-winner’s catalog, with numbers from The Bridges of Madison County, The Last Five Years, Songs for a New World, 13, Parade, Wearing Someone Else’s Clothes and his newest musical, Honeymoon In Vegas, which begins previews at Broadway’s Brooks Atkinson Theatre on November 18.
A strictly limited number of tickets are available at $35.00 for the show, and can be purchased in advance at SubCulture’s website.
