The 2016 production of The Last Five Years at London’s St. James Theatre (now known as The Other Palace) was awarded the 2017 WhatsOnStage Award for Best Off-West End Production at Sunday night’s ceremony at London’s Palace Theatre. The acclaimed production was directed by JRB himself, with Samantha Barks and Jonathan Bailey starring, and Torquil Munro leading the orchestra.
